The women of our organization value the amity, sisterly-bonds and networking opportunities the Coalition provides. They also see the organization as a vehicle through which they can make valuable contributions to women of color, in particular, Black Women and their families. The benefits of membership are intrinsic in value and can only be measured by how we favorably impact others in need. To join the Coalition, a member in good standing must sponsor you. Special consideration will however be made, and is at the discretion of the President and the Members of the Board of Directors. Upon receipt of your membership application and an applicable fee, the Membership Services Committee will review your application as expeditiously as possible. What keeps the Coalition as a leading and well-regarded body of women is our commitment to our mission, which is realized through programs that are managed by our committees. As a member, you are strongly encouraged to actively participate in at least one committee. 2010 General Membership MeetingsSaturday, February 27th at 2pm Our Children’s Foundation, 527 West 125th St.Saturday, April 24th at 2pm State Office BuildingWednesday, June 30th at 6:30pm State Office Building Wednesday, September 29th at 6:30pm Location :TBASaturday, October 30th at 2pm Location: TBANovember – To Be DeterminedSaturday, December 4th at 2pm Location: TBAState Office Building: Adam Clayton Powell Jr. State Office Building
