HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
We encourage all interested applicants to first attend a membership meeting to learn about the Coalition’s programs, initiatives and Committees. When a decision is made to pursue membership, a member in good standing must sponsor the applicant. In the absence of a sponsor, however, special consideration can be made at the discretion of the President and the members of the Board of Directors. Upon receipt of a completed application and application fee, the Membership Services Committee will review the application and contact the applicant to arrange a personal interview. Applications may be obtained by forwarding an email request to: firstname.lastname@example.org, by sending a written request to:
New York Coalition of One Hundred Black Women, Inc.
P.O. Box 2555
Grand Central Station
New York, NY 10163
by calling (212) 517-5700.
The Coalition is strengthened when it has members who show up, participate and who share our commitment to service. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to take the next step toward membership.
